Porambo, MS, LMT, NCTMB has a successful 33-year neuromuscular therapy practice in Jim Thorpe, PA. She is owner and operator of The Therapy Option and also has a second location that provides spa services at the historic Inn of Jim Thorpe. Nancy holds degrees in Business Management and Psychology and completed her Master’s in Clinical Health Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She authored the practice building book, Professional Practice Concepts, A Bodytherapist’s Guide to Success. In the past, she served as AMTA’s National President and currently serves as Advisor to the AMA’s CPT insurance billing coding group who oversees the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation codes. Nancy has taught throughout the United States and specializes in teaching the fundamentals of successful practice building, client communication skills, business plan implementation, Segmental Massage, Identifying the Psychology Behind Pain and her newest course, Advancing Massage Therapy into the Clinical Care Environment. Her course, “Fibromyalgia – Demystifying the Unexplained Disorder” is deeply grounded in research and has been taught extensively for many years. Nancy is a dynamic and energetic speaker that you will thoroughly enjoy!

Yoga classes- Teachers are paid based on your attendance. You may change your reservation by logging into Wix App or our Website up to 2 hours prior to start of the class. Afterwards you will lose your paid reservation. No shows or cancellations less than 24 hours for yoga classes, special events, workshops, training and bodywork appointments may result in loss of the deposit or full payment. This reservation is for you and the journey that you are on. We take deep pride in providing a professional and sincere experience. Please honor this reservation and understand the teacher and therapists livelihood comes from offering their services. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for a yoga class, special event class, training or workshop. Admittance is up to the instructor.
